We want Veridex to be clear and usable for staff, applicants and agents, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our approach

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA where reasonably practicable. The service uses semantic headings and labels, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and status text that does not rely on colour alone.

Known limitations

Some generated PDF agreements, interactive maps and older uploaded documents may be less accessible than the main web interface. We can provide essential information in another reasonable format on request.

Report a problem

Email privacy@veridex.uk with the page, the problem encountered and the format or adjustment you need. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Assessment

This statement is based on internal review. It will be updated after formal accessibility testing and whenever a material service change affects accessibility.
