Permitted use

Veridex is provided for authorised Amal personnel, applicants and agents to manage onboarding, compliance records, documents and agreements. You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and use only the access granted to you.

Prohibited use

You must not access another person’s account, evade security controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service, extract information without authority or use information for an unrelated purpose.

Documents and decisions

You remain responsible for checking information before submission. A displayed status does not replace professional, regulatory or legal judgement. Amal may request evidence, reject inadequate documents, suspend access or preserve records where required for security, compliance or legal claims.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Veridex available and accurate but may restrict access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or the relevant business contact.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contract-specific terms in a signed Agent Agreement take precedence where they conflict with these general website terms.
